Newly built Osceola County retail plaza hits market for $27.5M

Narcoossee Commons, a 55,396-square-foot shopping Center in St. Cloud, is for sale for over $27 million.

The 55,396-square-foot Narcoossee Commons retail center along South Narcoossee Road is on the market for $27.6 million, according to marketing materials. Narcoossee Commons is located at 1340 S. Narcoossee Road in St. Cloud. The unanchored retail center has 35 units, six buildings and is spread across two separate parcels.

Narcoossee Commons is situated in the rapidly expanding St. Cloud area, where the city’s population grew 19.49% from 2020 to 2024, compared with Osceola County’s other city, Kissimmee, which grew by 7% during that same period.

“St. Cloud in particular is where the growth is happening,” Clyde Wells, executive vice president of Maury L. Carter & Associates Inc., a real estate investment firm specializing in land and commercial real estate across Florida, previously told Orlando Business Journal. “Kissimmee is more mature, [as that area] already has a lot of neighborhoods and existing homes. What we’re seeing in St. Cloud is new developments because of the availability of raw land, and that seems to be where the national builders have really focused on.”
