Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Conrad Carter to Vice President, well-earned recognition of the impact he has made at the firm.
Conrad is the grandson of company founder Maury L. Carter and the son of company President Daryl M. Carter. Like those who came before him, Conrad’s interest in Florida land and real estate runs deep. He knew from a young age that this was the path he wanted to follow. After gaining valuable experience with respected firms on both the development and brokerage sides of the industry, Conrad joined Maury L. Carter & Associates in 2020.
Conrad has participated in over $350 million in transactions on more than 4,500 acres across the state. One of his most notable achievements was joining his dad in the historic sale of 2,400 acres ten minutes from Walt Disney World in Lake County for $165 million in 2024. This is one of the most significant land transactions in Central Florida history.
Conrad’s promotion to Vice President reflects not only the results he has delivered, but the integrity, preparation, and client-first thinking that define the way he works as well as the firm he represents.
