Orlando-based Maury L. Carter & Associates is exploring options on 13 parcels spread throughout unincorporated Polk County and Lake Wales.
CEO Daryl Carter and Vice President Conrad Carter held a pre-application meeting with county planners in late March to discuss plans for the more than 290 non-contiguous acres. They’re calling the project “Fresh Squeeze.” On the unincorporated parcels, developers plan to entitle the land for single-family homes.
