Boggy Creek land deal paves way for major multi-use project | OBJ

Maury L. Carter & Associates is proud to announce the successful sale of 22 acres at the northeast corner of Boggy Creek Road and Simpson Road, paving the way for Bennett Place—a transformative $120 million mixed-use project. The property, owned by Jim Dowd of Dowd Properties and Daryl Carter of Maury L. Carter & Associates, was acquired by Parkway in partnership with Silverpeak and Everest Equity Group for $15 million.

Scheduled to break ground by March 2026, Bennett Place will bring:
– 350 luxury apartments with resort-style amenities
– Retail and restaurant space designed to serve both residents and the surrounding Lake Nona community
– Future commercial pads for a credit union, coffee shop, and restaurant

The Boggy Creek corridor continues to emerge as one of Central Florida’s strongest growth areas, supported by major infrastructure investments and its proximity to Orlando International Airport and Lake Nona’s Medical City.
