Representing seller Bronson Family Limited Partnership LLC, our team, led by Clyde Wells, helped facilitate the transaction with Winter Park-based Enright Real Property Company, LLC.
The property, located along Harbor Road and Storey Creek Boulevard, will be developed into Harbor Reserve, a thoughtfully planned residential community featuring 588 townhomes and single-family homes. Construction is expected to begin in November 2025, marking Enright’s third residential development and contributing to the ongoing growth of the Kissimmee area, which has seen a 33% population increase over the past decade.
