Lee is an Orlando native and a University of Central Florida graduate. Lee has over 30 years of real estate appraisal, development, investment, and brokerage experience in various property types. His expertise includes agricultural, transitional, and entitled properties as well as urban-infill development, including retail, apartments, senior living, office, industrial, and special-use properties. He has advised clients in market research, investment, site selection, acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, permitting and leasing. Lee specializes in site selection for vacant/urban-infill residential and commercial land. His clients include national, regional, and local developers/builders as well as owner-users. Lee resides in Winter Park with his wife and son. He enjoys all types of outdoor activities, including fishing, hunting and camping, as well as traveling with his family.
