More apartments and commercial space soon may enter the pipeline on land along Boggy Creek Road, near Lake Nona, as part of a mixed-use development headed by land brokers Daryl Carter and Jim Dowd.
Why this matters: Development is ramping up along Boggy Creek Road, south of Orlando International Airport and southwest of Lake Nona, and may lead to opportunities for contractors and more investment.
A request for a land-use plan amendment and permissions for 288 multifamily homes and 5,000 square feet of commercial space was filed Oct. 27 in Orange County.
