Invested in ~198 acres of land straddling Interstate 4 between Downtown Orlando and Orlando’s tourism district. In partnership with serval agencies in the Orange County government, major infrastructure improvements were executed which opened the door for development of the $1 billion O-Town Project, a new 3-stroy Orange County Public High School, and Advent Health emergency room. The corridor also boasts +1.1M sq ft of retail space, 545 hotel units, 600 timeshare units, and 650 multifamily units.
