A Tampa developer just dropped north of $23 million to buy more than 600 acres on Groveland’s north side.

EPG Sunstone Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Eisenhower Property Group, made the pair of acquisitions across two deals that closed April 23 and April 26, according to Lake County records.
