In a recent Orlando Business Journal article, Clyde Wells, Vice President at Maury L. Carter & Associates, provided commentary on St. Cloud’s downtown redevelopment initiative. While not directly involved in the proposals, Wells offered professional insights into the value and opportunity the project represents for the growing community and potential developers.
“The development will be a big plus for the city, and bring a little bit more commercial downtown,” said Wells.

Seminole’s ‘hole in the doughnut’: Massive Hi-Oaks Ranch land assemblage hits market | Orlando Business Journal
One of Seminole County’s last large vacant land tracts has hit the market.
Hi-Oaks Ranch, a six-parcel assemblage totaling 672 acres between the Econlockhatchee River and County Road 419 on the county’s southern border, is being marketed for sale by land brokers Maury L. Carter & Associates Inc.
“It’s a very rare property — and once it’s gone, it’s gone,” (Daryl Carter) said. “Any land in Seminole County that comes available is going to be sought after.”
