Aden Bell

Aden Bell is a second-generation Floridian and a life-long resident of the state. He got his start in the homebuilding industry at INB Homes, where he developed a strong command of residential and multifamily product types, market analysis, and land positioning. At INB, Aden underwrote and placed over $15 million worth of land under contract across the greater Orlando area and guided multiple properties through rezoning and construction plan approval in Orange, Polk, and Osceola Counties and the City of Apopka. At Maury L. Carter & Associates, he brings that hands-on entitlement experience to land transactions throughout Central Florida.
